This year, the Durian Fiesta does not disappoint with nine exciting pastries and cakes comprising signature items and one new creation that will be available from 1 March to 10 August 2009 at the Deli for takeaway. Over the years, this cosy confectionery corner has become the destination in Singapore for meticulously-crafted pastries and cakes made with only the finest D24 durians that promise intense flavour and creamy flesh – a combination that aficionados swear by.

Durian Strudel – Baked to a glistening golden brown and boasting irresistibly fragrant D24 pulp filling as well as vanilla sponge between crisp and flaky layers of pastry, this 30-cm long brand new creation is a decadent treat.

Durian Oreo Cake – This luxuriously dense innovative creation boasts D24 durian pulp sandwiched between layers of vanilla sponge generously drizzled with fragrant gula melaka (palm sugar) syrup and covered with crunchy Oreo cookie crumbs. Extremely flavourful with every mouthful, this treasure is perfect for intimate celebrations, particularly Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

Durian, Pandan & Coconut Cake – This irresistibly fragrant cake has artfully combined three popular local flavours in one masterpiece.
