• MasterCard card on which the transactions were done.
• NRIC or Passport
• Each MasterCard cardholder is limited to one successful redemption registration per redemption period.

Unsuccessful cardholders can attempt again in the following week(s) until the end of the Promotion Period.

My personal experience is that, you must make the call at 12am midnight of the starting week of the redemption period as shown above. The number will be very busy at that time. And if you can't get in, then forget it, as 60 fill up very fast. Good luck.
