The Channel NewsAsia Learning Expedition is back again! They are organising an even bigger and better learning expedition to Shanghai (including Suzhou and Hangzhou) from 14 to 20 June 2009.
Not only will you take in the sights and sounds of Shanghai, you will also get behind the scenes of news production as well as attend a classroom lesson in a school in China. With Channel NewsAsia as the Official World Media of the World Expo in Shanghai, you will be part of a select group of students to go on an exclusive tour of the World Expo site before it officially opens next year. A specially-arranged visit to the Shanghai Media Group will give you an opportunity to tour one of the largest broadcast stations in China.
So, if you’re 14 to 18 years old, this is your chance to gain some insight into the world of news production and be part of some exclusive tours specially arranged by and for Channel NewsAsia tour participants. Moms, dads and teachers are welcome, too!
