This video from the CCTV of a petrol station records the whole process. Two guys on a motor cycle just drive pass a lady who is checking her car, and her bag is gone, and she is on the floor after that. No one manage to chase after the theives, as when you know what is happening, they already go far away. In fact, things just happen within a second, so wait the video runs until 2 mins (slightly before 2mins then it happens).
