Not sure how many modern mom now will get a laptop. Those mom with kid afford to buy them a laptop sure no use computer. Those modern mom that use laptop, their kid sure still young. So this promotion must be targetting youngster, ask mom buy for them more....
But this white Disney Lenovo laptop looks pretty.

I think you greatly underestimate the utility of laptops even for 'elderly' moms.
My 58 yo mom has both a desktop computer and a laptop, lovingly provided by her working age children.
