Master Chef Lai Tong Ping presents a la carte (26 January till 9 February) and set lunch and dinner menus from $78* per person (19 January till 9 February). Toss to prosperity for the year ahead with the new Japanese Sweet Prawns & Norwegian Salmon Yu Sheng, one of the eight varieties available for dine-in or takeaway.

A Bubbly Celebration at Global Kitchen (Level 3)
Indulge in a leisurely bubbly-filled all-you-can-eat Champagne lunch or dinner ($118*) with crustacean, Chinese New Year favourites, a la minute pasta and more, replete with a splendid dessert bar. Toss and toast to success with a serving of Yu Sheng per table and a welcome 'Fire Cracker Mocktail'. Inclusive of unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, housepour wines, beers and soft drinks (25 till 27 January).

Japanese Yu Sheng at Keyaki (Level 4)
For a celebration with a twist, enjoy Wafu Yu Sheng with generous slices of Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail Sashimi and Tobiko tossed with Japanese Ponzu Sauce priced at $95* (19 January till 9 February).

Barbecue Bonanza at Brunch (Level 4)
Meat and seafood lovers can enjoy a unique celebration dinner in an al fresco setting with all-you-can-eat barbecued meat and seafood and self-serve appetiser and dessert bars, complemented with unlimited housepour wines, beers and soft drinks. Priced at $88* per person (30 & 31 January).
