NTUC Income has just launched a new exciting Retirement plan which I think would interest you. This is an innovative plan that has not been available in the market before. It helps you to save now to ensure a constant and definite stream of income for your retirement.
This is how the plan works. You place a lump sum of say, $100k with us from now till age 55/ 60/ 62. This amount will grow at a projected rate of more than 4% pa. One year after maturity, they will give you an annual payout plus bonuses for the next 20 years. This will assure you of a stream of income for your golden years.
If you decide not to have the payout over 20 years, it can be paid out in one lump sum as well.

How SAIL works
For a male aged 35, with a savings term of 30 years and a fixed pay out period of 20 years, his initial savings of $50,000 could be worth $197,912 at the end of the 30-year period. This sum would then provide him with a pay out of $321,539 or $16,077 annually for the next 20 years.
