I think this is the first online shopping website in Singapore that provide free delivery. In fact, I never see many online shopping websites. So check this out: http://www.surfnsave.com.sg/ . They don't have too much variety, just focus on a few products, and I think that is how they manage to reduce the price. Not sure how they will do the delivery and how to make the payment.
If anyone ever buy something from them, let us know your experience.

After trying to navigate around that site. I say everyone should exercise with caution buying stuffs from the site.
Nothing works on it's navigation menu. No "Contact Us" page, FAQs on it's service, Privacy Policy page etc, it's not doing any good in confidence for the shoppers.
